AMAZING! I was so nervous about doing this as I always wanted to do one & it was so worth it! I have some serious anxiety issues & self esteem issues but it all just seemed to disappear. I was made to feel so relaxed & my mind was taken off my insecurities instantly. I felt brave, confident & sexy! It was a work out but it was worth working it! Everyone should do one of these! 😊
