I ordered two toy dinosaur transformers for my grand children for Xmas. It said they were random colours so had expected to receive two different. Both were blue. The packaging was damaged bad enough not to be able to give as a gift. I sent 3 messages before I finally got a reply apologising and offer a 50% refund. I accepted 8 days ago and keep chasing them for a response but the e mail given rejects each time and so I have sent a reply 3 times now via their main website. Still no reply. I'm not impressed. These toys weren't cheap £39.98 for two. Wouldn't recommend at all.
