Very pleasant reception and wecome. Service second to none. Clearly staff very knowledgeable in their specific fields and generally overall. No hard sell. They listen to what you think you want and only then may offer a different viewpiint etc. Very pleasant experience every time I visit and I would happily entrust them with any repairs and/or alterations neede d by my guitars.
