Visited Musicstreet as they had a guitar I was interested in, made the covid safe appointment and went in. They were all ready for me, I had the space and time to try out the guitar I was interested in, another that had piqued my interest and a wild card that they chose. They left me to get on with trying them out in my clunky way but were close at hand to answer my questions too. So it was perfect service for me, no hard sell just genuine interest in giving me the best experience they could. I had time to think about what I'd seen and played and rang up yesterday and bought it. Exactly the buying experience I was after.
