I bought the 12-week program, the nutrition guide and the guide for over 50+ (I have yet to read it, I'm only 49, it was for my husband).
The program, along with the links to videos and sheets you can print to keep track of your workouts, paired with the awesome community that Matt has build on Facebook, is a great way to do something on your own, yet can still be challenged and you can hold yourself accountable.
In addition to that, Matt is super responsive to emails and answers questions like he is your own personal trainer.
I'm impressed and highly recommend people give it a try.
