A year ago I had an accident and tested positive for cannabis on the side of the road, I searched the internet and came across Kenway Miller Solicitors. I called up and spoke with a person called Hillary and straight away I felt that i was in the right hands. 5 months and 2 weeks later I received my blood results back and was informed that I was now going to be charged with drug driving. Matthew went to work on my case ie obtaining reports etc ready for my trial. On the day of my trial, I met with my barrister Mr Philip Lucas who talked us through the case, we entered the courtroom and the judge did not want to listen to anything or seem interested at all. at this point, it wasn't looking good for me. we stopped for lunch and reconvened and this is when it all seemed to change. Mr Lucas found many errors in the case that the police had produced and did not stop there, he pulled the whole case apart and we weren't even halfway through. case closed and I was acquitted.
