I can't recommend Mooncup enough. I made the switch to be more environmentally friendly but have been delighted by how much more comfortable it is to wear than a tampon, and no leaks at all.
I was a bit nervous about using it the first time but once you've become used to the way it inserts it's completely fine, and you can almost forget it's there.
