Just bought a number helium balloon as soon as i left the shop with in less than 2minutes of leaving the shop i noticed that the balloon is deflating. I went back in the shop to show them so i can exchange it. Not only did they refuse to do so, they were also very rude but also spoke with so much attitude. Extremly bad customer services. I was refused to exchange or a refund. For something that was clearly faulty. Never ever going to shop from this place. again. Just a big rip off. Selling loe quality products charging so much money. Disgusting people working there who clearly dont know what good customer service is.
