Money plus always answer the phone promptly, their colleagues are always polite, friendly and informative and customer service always meets benchmarks expected by demanding customers, a follow up text and e-mail is always delivered within timescales expected as confirmation of what as been agreed, usually a reminder the day before any appointment is received by text.
