Harriet was incredibly understanding and helpful from the first phone call. She managed to demonstrate her knowledge in terms of my case quickly and without elongating the process. Every point throughout my case, she knew exactly what needed to be done and clearly communicated this without having to increase the amount of time and, therefore, costs I would incur. I'm incredibly grateful to Harriet for help and so glad that I instructed her to work on my behalf. Monaco are great because they do not look at your case in terms of how much money they can receive but actually only the minimum time it would take to achieve success.
