They took 8 weeks to deliver my items as when they arrived I was missing 2 of the 5 items ordered. Terrible customer service, no phone number even though I requested to speak to them a number of times and very slow to respond to emails. When they finally did respond they said the missing items “must be in the box” which is frankly offensive. Please do not buy from this cowboy company - I will be telling all my mummy friends to steer clear.
