I have given 5 out of 5 because the ordering process was very straightforward and the item arrived very quickly. BUT I knew exactly what I wanted and was ordering. Had I not, I would have been disappointed not to receive (which I didn't), the promised phone call to follow-up the order placed to discuss and make sure that what I was ordering met my needs. Had I needed this phone call, it would have been less than 5. The wheelchair is very good value for money and I'm very pleased with it. And it matches my black and orange car! I have already recommended the g-explorer to two other people who've seen mine.
