ordered a kymo xls and whilst they were getting it ready for delivery found a problem and immediately phoned to let me know and was offered another to replace it.
Great customer service with very friendly people on the end of the phone if you need to contact them and they will go the extra mile to make sure you stay happy with your purchase...... Thanks once again
