I love their extensions I have followed the brand since 2010 around and never been faulted on quality. It’s the delivery/ordering that’s the biggest let down. The last two orders I have made there’s always been something wrong with shipping. This time my order was late due to a tech error. I paid extra for next day shipping and it took around 5 days to get my parcel. Didn’t get the shipping fee back but I got a discount for my next order, thanks, but still totally missed wearing them to the event I wanted to look good for. Btw no weekend customer service!
