I wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered. Placed order on 25th May 2019, it's now 12th June and no sign of the goods. Have tried contacting via online form and no response. Tried ringing and a pre-taped message tells you there is no-one to answer your call and you are not allowed to leave a message. I'll have to claim the money for the order back from my bank. I WILL be reporting this company to the Citizens Advice Consumer Service (you can't now contact Trading Standards directly and have to do so via this organization) and so must everyone else who has a bad experience - if we don't tell the authorities they won't know to shut them down or prosecute.
