Sent an iPhone X in perfect condition and quoted £300. Received an email to say there are black dots and white background. This phone was immaculate. When queried I was told it could be dust. I requested photos before I reject! Clearly a common lie from them seeing as I’ve seen lots of other reviews stating the same thing. Awaiting a further e-mail with photos.
