"problem with order - multiple scratches" was the classification after they'd finished inspecting it on arrival. They offer top prices to get your tech, and then literally fabricate imperfections to reduce the offer. On the plus side, the DPD doorstep pickup and same day payment when an offer is accepted is a good experience. Just a shame about the rest of the experience. Do not use, as others have said, take your tech to a local CEX (or similar), at least you can challenge the gradings if you disagree,
