Sent a perfect iPhone XR after being quoted £175. Received an email 2 days after them being in receipt of my phone to be told they have lowered the amount to £65 due to finding a few light scratches which I know for a fact there was none whatsoever due to having a screen protector on it and when I sent it to them it was very securely wrapped. I have rejected the new amended quote and getting my perfect phone back to sell for its actual worth amount. After reading other reviews of people having the same issue this is clearly something that they are in the habit of doing so I will definitely not be sending anymore phones to them in the future.
