Dear Ed and Team Felt I had to write to say what a great customer service you have given me when my 2year old x cross battery and charger stopped. It was so good to actually receive a message back on the website chat link. Followed by our telephone conversation. John the engineer was very knowledgeable and patient when he rang after the bank holiday as promised. (5 stars there). I received the replacement battery and charger which has been on charge for 24 hrs as the bike booklet says. My bike is working fine now and back in its usual great parameters. As I am pretty much knocked out by my palliative chemo/immuno therapy and tire very easily, I now have my lifeline back. Best customer service ever. Stan Jackson
