For a start, they never reply to emails. They don't care about your pins, they just do what's best for them. I was given three different delivery weeks, none of which were accurate as my pins arrived three weeks late, and I still haven't got one batch yet. I am not planning on using MBC again and will definitely be warning all of the pin makers I know, to never use this manufacturer.
