When booking my annual service online it was very quick and easy to do.
My engineer slot was within a sort time frame which meant it did not disturb my day too much. The engineer was great, very pleasant and speedy. Changed all the batteries in my sensors and fobs and I was very happy with the service for the 3rd year. Thank you.
