Poor service, poor customer service (I have asked them how can I connect to the underground wifi and they answered that they dont provide tethering?!) with bad English pronunciation, website and app full of bugs. I have requested my PAC in order to migrate to another company and they are doing everything in their power to delay it, even though it was supposed to be done in 2h (still fighting them to get it after 24h)
