1 day prior to my arrival London Heathrow taxi kindly emailed to notify change of terminal (all scheduled flights were being redirected from T4 to T2) and the driver was waiting upon my early arrival. The taxi was clean and comfortable and the driver was courteous and wore a face mask throughout the journey. I will use this company again.
