Rashid was very thorough on the phone, and when he attended to change locks at our new house. He explained the details about the lock very clearly, and did his best to fit the optimum lock. He also advised on the best use of the lock to prolong its life.
We were very happy that he was able to make our new family home safe. Definitely storing his details if we need a locksmith again!! Thanks, Rashid!!
