5weeks down the line and still no closer to being accepted for a mortgage. Bank say they have not heard from L&C for almost 2 weeks! They do not answer my calls. I was so concerned that I went to the estate agent last night. They did all the checks and I have been accepted for a mortgage by the bank they recommended this morning.
If you are considering using L&C, save yourself a lot of stress, my advice is DON'T.
