I recently used this webiste to commission a homebuyers survey. The website was easy to use and gave lots of options. The surveyor I used was GE chartered Surveyors. They were informative in their methods and produced a comprehensive report both in language I could understand (as opposed to all the legal jargon i have been used to when dealing with other aspects of buying a house) and the rating system. The report was produced on the same day as the survey and was well worth the very reasonable price I paid. I would definitely use them again.
