Excellent customer service. Lee helped us from start to finish. He was very professional and found us a great mortgage product. Always got back to me on time, & always one step ahead. Only reason I've not given 5 stars is the cost. Whilst I would recommend and it saved us a lot of hassle, it's not the cheapest option. I have gone direct before and not paid a penny but on this occasion it suited me to have someone else take the stress from me and was within an acceptable budget.
