You did not get a 'Very Good' because you did not provide the option to obtain bulbs for the lamp I bought and then when I received the lamp the information for the bulbs was not sufficient to purchase them locally. Therefore I had to contact you twice before I received the information and because they are difficult to obtain I had to place a further order with you for the bulbs, which then incurred a carriage penalty which I would have avoided if all items had been ordered together.
