I have the exact same problem as Sue Beach. Spring roller blind ordered. It came with the wrong brackets. Two deliveries of what was supposed to be the correct brackets later and they are still not right and I can’t put my blind up. Appears this is a recurring issue from their warehouse. Despite sending clear photos of what I received and what I need, I still no further forward. Extremely disappointed and do not recommend. How difficult can it be for the factory who make the blind to send it out with the right fittings???
