I witnessed staff being rude to a man who wanted by two packs of toilet rolls. The one pack was taken from him with not very nice comment. I do understand that for some products restrictions should be put in place. But l believe customers have right to be treated with respect and appropriate explanation should be given. The Man accepted that paper roll was taken from him with no issue why staff could not be more polite. If the staff can't deal with pressure maybe they should not work with customers.
