My order was delayed by over one week & I had little, or no, communication from Laughing Hens until I emailed them myself.
I realise that this is a very busy time of year but how long does it take to send a short email explaining the delay?
Other online firms manage to do this-it was my first order with them & I am reluctant to place any further orders.
