What a waste of space. Had one email to say they'd received my order. Then nothing for a week. Contacted twice and told stuff wasn't in stock, couldn't dispatch what they did have, even though I said I don't care about the other bits. Buy from somewhere else and save yourself a load of hassle.

I am really sorry for the inconveniences caused here.
I was made aware of this issue when we spoke via the online chat.
You should have received an email advising that we did not have part of your order in stock, apologies again as this was obviously not received your end.
All orders are set to leave once the full order is in stock, but we can send partial orders if requested to do so. This would have been too late in your case so I completely understand your frustrations.
As requested, the order was cancelled and refunded in full.
