I ordered a pair of leather gloves for my husband but they were too small. Despite the covid disruptions we had great customer service. As soon as they received the gloves, they sent us the next size up alongside an email letting us know they were on their way. We're very pleased with these great quality, nicely fitting smart leather gloves. I'd use Lakeland leather again as a result of their excellent service and products.
