T he part exchange and buying process for our replacement caravan was professional, efficient and friendly. Our "new" caravan was beautifully prepared and presented. Despite a detailed description/instruction on the modern electronics in the "new" caravan a second visit for more training was necessary and solved our minor problems. We would highly recommend Lady Bailey Caravans.
