Don’t book with them as is no point! they do not respect it!!
Booked the car for 10 am for a break check, and break pads replacement at Cumbernauld Kwik Fit. Dropped the car at 9:50 ( i was the first customer at the center) and told the guy going to wait at nearby coffee place. At 11:10 since nobody called, walked back to discover they not even moved my car. Instead they were dealing with other customers. Wasted 1h from my weekend! Disgraceful! toke car and left and will never bring business to them!!!
