But I just returned home from my official journey these days … But as far as the booked kiwitaxi transfer from Tyumen’ to Tobolsk on June 18, 2019 is concerned, I have to remark that everything with the booked transfer worked perfectly. Beginning from the immediate reply on my booking request through to the supply of the necessary confirmation documents. The only minor issue turned up with the on-site contact data provided in advance when it was necessary to inform about a significant delay of our flight from Moscow to Tyumen: The notified dispatcher’s phone numbers (+73432885408, +79220290039) either were wrong, or did not work. As far as I remember, the first no. even belonged to someone without any relations to kiwitaxi. But, fortunately, I managed to relay my information to the Moscow number of the kiwitaxi support +7 499 404 1222. So, finally, everything was fine and the driver who, in the meantime, had informed herself (just excellent!) about the flight delay met us at the Tyumen airport and could be identified immediately. The car (Kia Maxima) was very spacious and convenient and fitted our needs perfectly. The lady driver was a real professional and ensured a smooth and safe transfer to Tobolsk. So, full marks for the kiwitaxi service rendered on June 18! Will return with pleasure when needed again in future!
