Unfortunately I never received the dolls house I ordered, as HERMES your delivery Company ‘lost’ the item. My experience was not then helped by emails sent by your customer service team not reaching me, and as this was my first order with you I could only assume that I was being ignored. Eventually after a week of chasing you the situation was resolved by my getting a refund.
