I had new lock fitted .My door knob is gold but he fitted silver lock. I asked why silver ? No good answer. I asked him a new one was same as old one and he said yes. I checked cost of new lock on internet it's cheap and he took only less than 10 minutes to fit a lock. and he charged me £80+ vat
I am not happy at all.
