I sold my property through Keystones in Feb 2017 when I relocated to Scotland, however due to significant life events since I moved I have only just now been able to compose a review. Having hosted a number of other local agents, I was recommended Keystones by a local businessman, and drawn to various factors, not least the independent nature of the company and the impression they cared about their clients. This was evident from my initial meeting, via my agent Chris of whom I found to be polite, courteous, as well as professional from inception to completion. Chris understood my rationale when discussing pricing of the property, and the quality of prospective buyers was evidence to Keystones client and customer base. The result was an inception to final offers within 4 weeks and a completion sale within 6 months (the delay of which was not the fault of the agent). When considered against the backdrop of market volatility caused by the Brexit referendum this was exceptional. In closing I would add having met the owner Scott, it doesn’t surprise me that despite my somewhat delayed review, Keystones are going from strength to strength, and thus they come with my complete recommendation.
