I have sent money 4 days ago but my beneficiary received the amount only today when the exchange rate is higher. I could have sent more money to my family today had I known that this will happen. This is not the first time that they did this to me. I already filed a complaint to their customer support in the past only to be told that it was not their fault. How is that for integrity and accountability?
