The remittance fee is quite high and varies with the amount sent although the work involved is the same if you send £50 or £1000.
When you speak to the customer service dept, all they want to do is say “sorry”. They cut you off if they cannot answer your question or if you dare to ask to speak to a manager. My remittance went ‘missing’ for a week and all they could say is do it again so I sent two remittances. The money was needed urgently to buy air tickets. Altogether an unpleasant experiece speaking to the customer DISservice dept
