So happy to have got my hands on a Juicy Ticket before stock ran out. The bike arrived super quickly within 3 days of ordering. Although there were some technical issues with the recharging port not working (and an overly tight bolt somewhere else), the Juicy team were super helpful to get both issues sorted. Had to drive it over to a regional e bike specialist to get it fixed and up and running - but got it back after a few days and since then have flown around London on it. It's a superb commuter bike. Finally I can get up the steep hills of SE London without my previous tears of pain and frustration. LOVE the Ticket.
