From ordering direct from Juicy to delivery everything was perfect with delivery times all as stated.
I had a query with one of the extras and the lights on the battery which when I phoned ( which was during the lockdown ) a technician answered from home and answered my questions immediately
My wife has only had it a few weeks and covered quite a few miles with absolutely no problems, she loves it.
When the time comes for me to buy one I will definitely buy it from Juicy who I highly reccomend
