Hi I have recently purchased the new this year model facelia, I have never tried a electric bike before, I must say that although I have only been out on it once I am hooked, the style of the bike the colour I absolutely love, when it arrived it came from France so no paperwork was with it, I phoned mike at juicy technical support and within 10 minutes he had sent me the paperwork over by email to enable my husband to put the bike together although it was very easy only the handlebars and pedals needed doing, the bike came with a fully charged battery so I was able to use the bike immediately, I went to my local park and felt like it was Xmas day on my new bike, you may think I am over reacting but I am not an experienced bike rider and I felt confident from the moment I started riding.
