I placed an order on 30/07 for a ring for my anniversary.
with next working day delivery, the ring did say out of stock for 2-3 days so i was still expecting it for the later part of the following week.
I didnt hear nothing from the company about the order so I Questioned this with the owner on 05/08, he replied the follwing day that it was still out of stock and theyre now not sure when the ring was coming back in to stock. i told him id like to wait as this is the ring i want.
two whole weeks later with still no contact, i checked the website and it said that the ring was in stock. so i emailed him AGAIN on 19/08 asking for the ring as its now in stock, then this morning he has came back to me to say its still out of stock and would i like a different ring or one which wouldn't fit my Girlfriend? so i checked the website again and now they have changed the status to out of stock!
I requested a refund and now have to search elsewhere for a ring to come by the end of next week Because Joshua James messed me around for 21 Days!
Id avoid using this website if i was anybody out there and go to literally anybody else.
Not worth the hassle!
