Very easy to use website, speedy delivery and excellent quality. My only negative is the fact I bought a nomination charm bracelet and 3 charms, when they arrived I was a little disappointed that the bracelet did not come in a presentation box and I had no instructions on how to build the bracelet and when we did figure it out using google I found out we needed a special tool which was not supplied, nor did it mention on the website that one was needed. So maybe a small change on the website just to explain this for future first time buyers. Many thanks x
