I ordered 2 bracelets with free next day delivery. 2 weeks later after still not receiving them I tried calling them but the phone just rang and rang (I tried on and off for 4 hours).
So I emailed them to ask when they were posted and tell them I still had not received my items. A few hours later I received an email telling me the items are now out of stock and they refunded me.
If I hadn't of chased them they would never have refunded me. So annoyed because both bracelets were for Christmas gifts and they were shown as in stock when I bought them and paid for them.
Truly disgusting service from this company and I can only recommend that people avoid it. When there is so much competition around for Jewellery stores I will just be going elsewhere with my business.
