“Excellent customer service when I ordered the wrong case. This was immediately credited and I was able to reorder. This case is ideal for a week’s travel and so light with lots of pockets. Love it.”

“I love this luggage but the first one I got was too big and so I requested a return. I paid for the next size and received it but after several emails nobody has collected this first suitcase nor have I been refunded.”

“The cases are light and easy to handle especially with the excellent wheels on the case. They are hardy cases and made from recycled material which is a bonus. There are many colours to choose from and the zippers are strong.”

“The kids love their new It suitcases. We got these for their birthday for our upcoming road trip but also with travel in mind due to them fitting underseat of most airlines without having to pay the cabin bag prices. Really lovely colours and good quality.”
