Choosing PSS Ltd for my training needs turned out to be one of my best decisions. Situated locally to my office their training facility was ideal. The class size (10) proved to be large enough to stimulate varied opinion but also small so you almost felt it was a dedicated session to yourself and gain maximum benefit from course. The course tutor balanced the syllabus between direct and interactive learning with a couple of video's for good measure. He encouraged questions using topical examples and his own experiences to ensure understanding. Working through the learning booklets that matched the projector slides made it easy to follow and remember important aspects when revising for the exam. Providing catering at lunch was an added bonus which encouraged conversation throughout the group making the whole training experience an enjoyable one.
