Too many phone calls, calls took too long, payment didn't go through because insurance companies have a bad rep with credit card companies = a LONG time having to run through everything on the phone. Not an intuitive system for uploading information to the insurance website and TOO much information asked for, more than enough to steal an identity, your firewalls better be 100 percent safe. Email today said a) uploaded drivers photos were not PDF when they were, claimed they were unintelligible when they are, high quality scans. Look the staff are lovely, it is not their fault just the scripts they have to work with.
